We know that many people expressed public concerns during our initial application to operate a quarry in Goffs, Halifax County adjacent to Aerotech Industrial Park.

We confidently believe that the many concerns expressed publicly have been addressed and mitigated in a manner that will prevent impact on any communities or businesses nearby. We believe that the current ongoing operations support this position.

We believe that it is vital for the community, and anyone else who is interested in the project, to be well informed in order to judge the Goffs Quarry project with the benefit of a full set of data.

We therefore felt it was important for information to be readily available on a timely basis to ensure the Goffs Quarry project is understood for what it is and for what it is not.
